SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping is FREE in Canada on orders of $250 or more.

If you prefer not to pay shipping fees, you can pick up your purchase in-store by selecting "In-store pickup" when choosing a shipping method.
SALE, PROMOTIONAL, and PRE-OWNED items are FINAL SALE. However, for online purchases only, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and it was purchased at the regular price, simply return it for an exchange or refund.

UNICORN only accepts returns within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in its original condition, new (never worn), and with all tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All jewelry, socks, tights, swimwear, beauty products, and lingerie sold at regular price, as well as sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns must be sent prepaid. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return. We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address.

UNICORN will refund customers using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Returns are processed upon receipt of the merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange or return is processed. If the merchandise cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
